Exhibition: Artist. Teacher. Mentor.

I joined as faculty at New Mexico Art League in 2024 after my first hiking and art making workshop. It was a wonderful experience to scout the hikes, plan the drawing exercises, hike a couple days with a great group, and then to have a day in the studio to create a series. Everyone was inspired by various things we saw during the first two days. For example, some were drawn to the mullein patch, draping trees, a neon caterpillar, or the poetry they wrote as one of the prompts. Click here to read the recap from the August workshop.
